Drafting, Review and Execution of documents
Witness charges are additional. Parties may bring their own witnesses as is required bythe foreign jurisdiction. Clients must get written instructions from the lawyers of foreign jurisdiction the manner and method of execution. Different countries may have different requirements.
Drafting and execution by video conference. Mail charges are additional if original copy is required.
For execution only. Drafting and review cost is $50 plus HST in addition to $75.00 plus HST
